Highline Park - Part 2

HI! do you know about Highline Park? in this blog post I'd like to give you a visual tour of Highline park which is my favorite place. I previously wrote about this park in part 1. ハイラインパークって知ってますか？今回は私のNYでの好きな場所ハイラインパークのビジュアルツアーをしてもらうんやけど、もうすでに、High line park 1というブログ記事を書いているんで、そちらをまだ読んでない方はそれを読んでから、このブログ記事を読んでくださいね。

Around W17th and 10th Avenue is the famous spot of Highline park called "10th Avenue Square." You can sit down on the nice wooden stairs/ benches and look up 10th Avenue and the views of the West side of NYC.

W17thと10thのあたりにある、ハイラインパークでも有名なスポット、”10th avenue square"があります。ここでは、木製の階段状になっているベンチに腰掛け、10th avenueや、ニューヨークの西側の景色を見る事ができるよ。

This area is called the "26th Street Viewing Spur." At night, this rectangle frame will light up.  A beautiful and romantic spot.

ここは、"26th street viewing spur"という場所で、夜になると、この長方形のフレームに明かりがついて、綺麗でロマンティックなスポット。

Here is the new section of the Highline Park recently opened to the public. It is around West 30th street.

ここから、新しいハイラインパークの部分のスタートです。場所は、W30thあたり。

This is the end (or beginning) of Highline Park and is located near the Jacob Javits Center on West 34th street.

ここがハイラインパークの終点です。場所はW34th streetのJavit centerのすぐ前。

Are you visiting NYC and don't have much time but want to go Highline Park? I have a little bit of advice for you. This visual blog tour started from Gansevoort street, but if you don't have much time, start from the West 34th street entrance and walk down to Chelsea. There is not much around the West 34th st entrance. No subway and not many stores around. I would do this in the morning, get a cab to West 34th street, walk down to Chelsea, and have lunch in the Chelsea, Meatpacking neighborhood. There are so many good restaurants near by. We had lunch at The Standard and had a great time. I hope you enjoyed ROCK MAMA NYC visual tour of Highline Park.

ニューヨークに旅行で来ていて時間がないけど、ハイラインパークは行きたいなって、思ってはりますか？もしそうなら、私達から、ちょっとアドバイスが’あります。このヴィジュアルツアーはGansevoor stereet から始まったけど、あんまり時間がないんなら、このW34thの入り口までタクシーでいって、チェルシー側に歩いて行く事をおすすめします。なぜなら、このW34th あたりは、電車＆バスの駅も近くにないし、しかもあんまりお店もないです。もし、私が、観光客なら、朝にタクシーでW34thまで行き、チェルシー側に歩いて行き、そしてチェルシーでランチする。私達は、The standardでランチしたけど、いーーっぱい美味しいレストランが、チェルシーにはあるよ。この、ヴィジュアルツアー楽しんでいただけましたか？
