Maison Kayser NYC

I love desserts!  My experience here in the United states is that for the most part, desserts are too sweet  I'm always looking for my type of dessert. One that makes me happy to look at, and tastes good. One day, my husband brought cakes for me from Mason Kayeer, which is founded by Eric Kayser in Paris in 1996. Maison Kayser is an authentic artisanal French Boulangerie, meaning the bread and other baked goods are mixed and baked on-site all day long. They opened in the United state in 2012.  I fell in love with their cakes right a way. I started to buy beautiful cakes at Mason Kayser from time to time, and especially when we have guests over for a visit. The cake from Mason Kayser could impress my guest easily. They usually have a seasonal cake, the pecan cake for this spring. I also got their best seller cake which is the raspberry mouse and Yuzu (Japanese citrus) cake at this time. I can eat two cakes easily at once :) I recommend the cakes from Mason Kayser. They have several locations in Manhattan.

甘いもの大好き！だけど、アメリカで食べるケーキは甘すぎてあまり好きじゃないのよね。ニューヨークの美味しいと噂のケーキ屋さんには行ってみて、試してみる事にしています。最近のお気に入りはMason kayser.ココのケーキは以前夫がお土産で私に買ってきてくれて一目見てそして、一口食べてファンになったベーカリー。このMason kayserはフランスにて１９９６年に開業され、２０１２年にアメリカにもお店がオープンするようになりました。夫がココのケーキを買ってくれて以来ちょこちょこココでケーキを買ってます。特にお客様がいらっしゃる時にはね。ココのケーキをデザートとしてお出しすると、わあ綺麗！って声が必ず上がり、なんだか、私のおもてなしのポイントもアップするから好き。今回は、季節のケーキ、ピーカンとチョコレートのケーキと、このお店の一番人気ラズベリームースケーキ、そして、柚子ケーキを購入。どれも甘さ控えめだし、ラズベリーと柚子は甘酸っぱくって２個同時にぺろって食べれちゃう。Mason Kayerのケーキおすすめですよ。
