Bedford Cheese Shop In Manhattan

I have been working at a hair salon in Williamsburg, Brooklyn for the past 8 years. I see a lot of change in the area. Many small shops need to move or close down due to the high rent increases. Some unique shops are still doing well, one of them is Bed Ford Cheese shop. They just moved from Bedford and N4th to Bedford and Grand street. Many people don't know that they also have a Manhattan location. Today, I would like to introduce the Bedford Cheese shop in Manhattan. It is located on Irving Place, a few blocks from Union Square Park. They have many different kinds of cheese, ham, and snacks, and they will make a great sandwich there. People working in the store are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I always ask many questions to find a cheese and ham for our tastes. I also like their snack selection. They have many local made snacks which I don't see at the usual stores. My favorite snack from them is Truffle Popcorn! It is small popcorn which is very easy for my son to eat. I like the popcorn with beer:) You can find many unique and not generic foods at Bedford Cheese shop.  I love the store.

私はブルックリンのウイリアムズバーグで８年程美容師として働いています。ウイリアムズバーグはこの８年間で街が大きく変わり、小さい個人経営のお店は家賃が高騰して閉店や移転を余儀なくされています。その中でも小さくても少し個性的なものを売っていたり、他ではあまりない物を売っているお店は生き残っています。この一つがBedford Cheese Shop. この９月に入ってから、長年営業していたBedford/N4 th  から数ブロック離れたGrand Streetな大きなスペースに移動しました。このウイリアムズバーグで人気のチーズショップが実はマンハッタンにもあるのです。サロンでお客様と話していても知らない人が多いので、今日は、マンハッタンにあるBedford Cheese Shopを紹介したいと思います。場所はユニオンスクエアパーク近くのIrving PLにあります。ここでは色んな種類のチーズやハムそして、スナック類などがあり、その場で、サンドイッチを作ってくれるサービスもあります。私はここで、よく生ハムを買ったり、息子のためのおやつを買ったりしています。ここで買うおやつのオススメはトリュフ味のポップコーン。ポップコーンのサイズも小さくって食べやすく、トリュフ味がまたポップコーンによく合う！ビールのおつまみにも子供のおやつにもなって私たちはこれが大好き！チーズや生ハムについても店員さんがものすごく色々よく知っているし、親切に教えてくれるので、分からない事があればどんどん質問して、美味しいハムやチーズを試してみてね。
