Hitachino Nest Beer

We love Beer! I like wheat beer and my hubby likes IPA. Have you ever heard of Hitachino Nest Beer? Hitachino Nest Beer is from a small sake and beer brewery called Kiuchi brewery. It is in Ibaragi Prefecture in Japan. They started brewing in 1996 and since then, they made a name and won numerous awards worldwide. They have more than ten kinds of beer. My favorite beer from Hitachino Nest Beer is White Ale. This beer is a belgian styled beer with a complex flavor of coriander, orange peel, and nutmeg. I like this beer because it is so refreshing and has many different flavors, a little bit sweet, a little bit sour, and a little bit bitter all in one bottle. I also love the beer bottle design. A super cute owl is on the front and even on the bottle cap.

私達はビール大好き夫婦。私は白ビールが好きで夫はインディアペールエールの種類のビールが好き。ところで常陸野ネストビールって聞いた事ありますか？常陸野ネストビールは茨城県にある小さな蔵元木内酒造で１９９６年から作られはじめ、その後すぐに各国にて数々のビールに関するコンテストの金賞を受賞されているビールです。常陸野ビールは１０種類以上あるけど、その中でも私のおすすめの常陸野ネストビールはホワイトエール。これは、コリアンダー、オレンジピール、ナツメグなどのスパイスを加えたベルギー伝統の小麦ビール。私がこのビールを好きな理由は喉越しが爽やかで、味はちょっと甘い、ちょっと酸っぱい、ちょっと苦いが、一つのビールに詰まっていて、味わい深い事。そして、ビール瓶全体のデザイン。可愛いフクロウが表に書いてあって、しかも、ビールの蓋にまでふくろうがいるやん！
