From the left, Transmitter Brewing Harvest 1
Fermented in oak barrels. Old zinfandel grapes are added to wine barrels for a secondary fermentation that adds a delicious complex fruitiness with subtle balanced oak and tannic structure. Dry with a profound underlying fruitiness.
In the middle, Descendant Cider Company Wilderness( Limited release)
A blend of wild seedling apple trees and long forgotten orchards that have been overlooked for decades. Over sixty unique apple trees are in this true representation of an historic apple growing region between the Southern Catskills and the Delaware river. Complex acidity with mild tannins and aromas of stone fruit. This dry cider has a brilliant pale gold appearance.
From the right, Stillwater Artisanal money tree
Gose-style IPA. Unique beer combining two different style not normally associated with each other. Goes is originally a German style. slightly salty. slightly sour. IPA is extra hoppy and bitter.
Kevin's Cheese selections
From the left, Chebris onetik from France
A noble and aromatic cheese with a sophisticated and elegant flavor. A perfectly balanced combination of sheep milk blended with the sharper flavors of goat milk.
In the middle, Harrison Jasper hill creamery from Vermont
A soft-ripened bloomy rind cheese wrapped in strips of local spruce bark. The flavor is woodsy and sweet, balanced with lemony and herbal notes. A show-stooping centerpiece for any cheese board, break though the top and serve with a spoon.
From the right, Couple Vermont creamery from Vermont
Coupole is made with fresh pasteurized goats’ milk from family farms that has been coagulated and shaped. Coupole’s center has a dense texture and fresh, milk taste. Coupole’s allure is attributable to the intriguing contrast between the strong ripened flavor of the rind and the delicate fresh taste of its interior. The wrinkled coral-like appearance makes for an impressive centerpiece on any cheeseboard or melt on top of a perfectly grilled steak.
