About month ago I posted a blog about How To Make Super Easy Half Hair Up. Did you try that one? If not please try that. For the people who tried that already, the next one is Super Easy Side Ponytail. This is also using twist hair technique. Twisting hair isn't so difficult to do but looks like you did something special. So, let's practice twisting hair!
一ヶ月程前にブログにて、超簡単ハーフヘアアップのやり方を紹介したんやけど、みんな試してくれた？もし、まだ試してない方はほんま簡単にオシャレヘアが出来るから試してみてね。もう試してくれた方には、次のステップに進もう！今回は、超簡単サイドポニーテイルです。これも、髪をねじるテクニックを使ったもの。髪をねじるのって難しくないのに、なんだか、特別なテクニックを使ったようなヘアーに仕上がるんで、ぜひ、髪をねじるテクニックをマスターして欲しいな。
1.Section your hair and apply hair products (I used Sachajuan Ocean mist)
1.髪を上下に分け整髪料をつける（私は、Sachajuan Ocean mistを使用）
2. Use curling iron to curl your hair.
2. ヘアアイロンを使って髪を巻く。
3. You don't have to curl tight. Soft like this is good.
3. これくらいのソフトなカールをつけると良い
4, Starting right side.
4, 右側から始めます。
5, Take whole side hair from above the ear.
5, 耳の上のサイドの髪を取る。
5, Twist the side hair.
5, サイドの髪をねじる。
6, Continue to twisting hair and combine with the back of your hair.
6,サイドの髪を後ろの髪と合わせるまでねじり続ける。
7, Continue to twist until there is more on the left side than center, and pin your hair(hair is biased on towards the left side, not centered).
7, 真ん中より左寄りまで髪をねじり続けて、ピンで留める。
8, Left side.
8,左側。
9, Twist the left side hair.
9, 左サイドの髪をねじる。
10, Continue to twist hair until you meet the other side of your hair, and pin your hair to secure.
10, 反対側の髪があるところまでねじり続けてピンで留める。
11, Twist small section of hair.
11, 少しの髪をとりねじる。
12, Make like a loop and pin it.
12, 髪を輪っかの様にしてピンで留める。
Done!

A few days ago, we had snow storm in New York City. I like to wear white long jackets on snow days. The point for this styling is, on the outside, it is winter style, but when I take off the jacket, it is spring style!
ニューヨークでは数日前に大雪警報が出て、たくさん雪が降った。雪の日に白いロングのコート着るのが好き。今回のコーデは、外側はまだまだ冬コーデやけど、コートを脱げば、ピンク＆パープルの春を意識したスタイリング。

From the top right, Teriyaki sauce (I used Soyaki sauce from Trader Joe's) Ginger, Garlic and Pork tenderloin.
上の右側から、照り焼きソース（私はTrader Joe'sのSoyaki sauceを使用）ショウガ、ニンニク。そして一番下のが、豚のヒレ肉。
1, Puncture the pork using fork. this will help the marinade sauce soak in to the pork well.
1, フォークを使って豚肉に小さな穴をあける。こうする事により、マリネ液が肉の中に入り美味しくなる。
2, Put The pork in ziploc.
2, 豚肉をジップロックの中に入れる。
3, Add teriyaki sauce, ginger and garlic in to the ziploc.
3, 照り焼きソース、ショウガ、ニンニクをジップロックの中に入れる。
4, Mix and massage everything well.
4, 全ての材料を良く混ぜ合わせる。
5, Remove the air our from ziploc and close.
5, 出来るだけジップロックの中の空気を出してからチャックを閉める。
6, Leave in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
6, 冷蔵庫の中で最低一日は寝かせる。
7, Pre heat oven for 400 degrees. And after one day of refrigeration, take the pork out, wipe sauce with paper towel gently and remove ginger from the pork. If you leave ginger on the pork, the ginger will burn when you cook the pork in oven.
7, オーブンを２００度で予熱する。そして、最低一日寝かした豚肉を冷蔵庫から取り出しペーパータオルで軽くふき、豚肉の表面に付いてあるショウガを取り除く。このショウガを取らないと、オーブンで焼いた時にショウガがこげるよ。
8, Oil on the oven pan.
8, オーブンパンにオイルを塗る。
9, Put the pork in the middle of the pan and cook at 400 degrees for 30-40min.
9, 豚肉をオーブンパンの真ん中に置き２００度で、３０分から４０分焼く。
10, Done!
10, 出来上がり！

It is hard to keep your skin nice during the winter time in New York City. It gets super cold outside, and the heat inside can be strong. When you feel your skin is dry, it is time to change products. Dry skin creates wrinkles. Once you get wrinkles, it will be hard to get rid of them. It is natural to get wrinkles as you get older, but you can slow down the aging of your skin if you use the right products at the right time. I introduced Must Have Products in my previous blog. I use these products, and I add this moisturizer called G.L.A Extra Moist from Cellex-C during the winter time to avoid dry skin. Oh! and don't forget to apply moisturizer on your neck and chest. The neck will show aging quicker than face!
ニューヨークの冬は、外は極寒なのに室内は暑いくらいという温度差。そして、室内が暑いくらいになるヒーターの強さはほんとうにお肌に良くない。あっ！肌が乾燥してるなって思ったらすぐにもっと保湿に優れた化粧品に変えるのは大切。皺が出来る第一の原因は乾燥。一回出来てしまった皺を消すんは至難の技。年を重ねると皺が出来るのは当たり前だけど、それをスローダウンさせる事は可能。その時の肌の状態にあった化粧品を使う事が大きな鍵。以前、このブログで、Must Have Productsというタイトルで、私のお気に入りの化粧品を紹介して、今でもそれは好きで使ってるけど、この冬の乾燥がひどい時期は、Cellex-cのG.L.A Extra Moistを加えて、絶対に肌を乾燥させないようにしているよ。あっ！そうそう、保湿クリームは、首とデコルテあたりまでちゃんと使ってね。首はすぐに皺が出来ちゃうからね。
